We have an update from the Supertest for you!

Introducing the redesigned prototype of the Canyon map.

General Description

  • Map size: 1000×1000 meters.
  • Game mode: Standard Battle.
  • Setting: Canyon.

Gameplay

Gameplay areas description:

  1. Heavy-tank-oriented positions that can be played in both heavily and lightly armoured vehicles.
  2. High ground that allows control over a major part of the map.
  3. Tank-destroyer-oriented positions created to hold off enemy attacks.
  4. The semi-open space allows control over the paths to positions 2 and 5, as well as a part of position 3.
  5. Medium-tank-oriented positions created in irregular terrain.

Update 1.11.1: 122 TM

In Update 1.11.1, the “hidden” status for the Chinese 122 TM was removed and the tank’s gold price was changed from 100 to 8,450 gold.

The tank is ready for release.

According to wotclue, it will be the only new tank to be released in this update. It could possibly be a future marathon reward.

Become a Legionary: Battle for Customizations

In Update 1.11.1, four menacing Italian heavy tanks from Tier VII to Tier X have joined the game. To help you master these brand-new vehicles more quickly, we’ve prepared special battle missions for Random Battles (including Grand Battles) and the Team Clash 2021 event. They will reward you with four gorgeous customization collections inspired by the legendary warriors of ancient Rome. Let’s take a closer look.

Fight Like a Legionary to Get Your Rewards!

There are four sets of battle missions for each of the four brand-new Italian brawlers. You can also complete missions for any of the four tanks in the Tier X Rinoceronte, as well as in the Tier VIII Premium tank  VIII Bisonte C45 . All missions can be completed simultaneously (given their conditions are met).

Each set of missions rewards you with a collection of unique Roman-themed customization elements: an emblem, an inscription, and a decal. They all hark back to the heroic past of the fabled Roman legions and will turn your tanks into legionaries from the heyday of the Roman Empire.

Condition:

  • Be in the top 10 on your team by damage caused 10 times.

Restrictions:

  • Only in: Carro d’assalto P.88, Bisonte C45, Rinoceronte
  • Once per account
  • Random Battles, Grand Battles, Team Clash

Reward:

  • Customization set 1:
    • 6x “Gladii” emblems
    • 6x “Military Glory” inscriptions
    • 3x “Aquila” decals

Twitch Drops: The 5th Legionary

Main Changes

Platoon 2.0: The new Platoon member search functionality and improvements to Dynamic Platoons

  • Players can now search for Platoon members automatically from the Garage.
  • Platoon members will be selected according to similar WTR, the number of vehicles (of each tier) in the Garage, and the number of battles fought at each tier.
  • Players can set additional preferences for the search:
    • Playing in vehicles of certain tiers
    • Players who prefer to use Voice Chat
    • The restrictions and preferences of the search are expanded over time to guarantee any possible match and to reduce the waiting time.
  •  As soon as the Platoon members are ready for battle, their vehicles will be displayed in your Garage.
    • Tanks will be displayed with full customization (the option for enabling/disabling non-historical elements applies).
    • Players can enable/disable this feature in the game settings.
  • Voice Chat is off by default for Dynamic Platoons.
    • Players can toggle Voice Chat by pressing the “H” key in battle, or by using the new button in the Platoon window.
  • Platoon 2.0 works in all Random Battle types (Standard Battle, Assault, Encounter Battle, Grand Battle).
