🇩🇪VK 45.01 (P) (HT-6, premium, mechanic: Rocket Boosters)
This is the second German tank equipped with Rocket Boosters, which are manually activated and operate for a limited time. Booster charges are limited to 5 per battle. Notably, the current tank model does not yet feature visible booster units. They may be added before release.
In the official Discord announcement, the developers once again revealed the vehicle’s technical designation: PzVI Tiger P CFE A. The “CFE_A” designation is used for vehicles associated with the Girls und Panzer collaboration. In the anime, the 🇩🇪 VK 45.01 (P) belongs to ÅŒarai Girls Academy and the Leopon Team.
I’d bet that it won’t have visible boosters but the flame effect coming out of the engine grills like in the anime.
It was mentioned in the previous notice that this was the GuP version.

Hopefully it won’t have the external rockets. Of all the silliness WoT have introduced having Chinese fireworks on the outside of tanks is near the top of the list.
I hop it top speedis like 40 to 50 kph.. without the boosters of course… I just might buy it cause it would be the new king of ramming..
It has 40 top speed. I hope the boost multiplier is 1.25, not 1.5. 60 top speed would be CRAZY for a teir 6 heavy. 71 top speed with everything would be bad. So I think it’ll be 1.25. But I’m buying it 1000%.

I don’t get why they don’t just make it as an engine boost kinda like the T62AV from WoT Heat
My guess is due to the lore in the show the automotive club supped up the electric motors and can only use it for short burst before causing engine issues, so the jet boost mechanic was deemed more suitable than switchable drive modes.
