I don’t think so, that there will be a new premium in the extra chapter as they showed in the video at 0:50 already that this extra chapter are 2 special commanders.
Well, ok, that could mean that this BP would have 5 chapters. That would really surprise me, but lets see. The newly released video about the battle pass features the 4th chapter as tank fest related.
