No its probably\”Fika\” they mean. Doppaёk is not a swedish word
or maybe \”Kaffe med dopp\”
Doppaëk is simply \”rations\” in russian but with latin letters, according to my 5 second google search.
\”Kaffe med dopp\” (coffee with (something to )dip\” or \”kaffe och bulle\” (coffee and cinnamon bun) would be the best Swedish food, Doppaëk is just a non-translated cyrillic word with latin letters.
Should be fika not Doppaёk whatever that means

Meatballs aren\’t originally from Sweden, we just happen to make the best ones apparently. Fika however is a real Swedish thing.
