WoT Blitz: Patch 4.7 Balance Changes

Balance changes:

  • Bat.-Châtillon 25 t.
    Improved terrain resistances. Shell intraclip inside the drum is now 2.5 seconds.
  • FV4202 and Centurion MK. 7/1.
    Added an alternative cannon with HESH as premium. As a result, tanks have 2 guns. One with HEAT as premium, the other with HESH as premium instead.
  • Т62-А.
    Improved armor penetration of standard and premium shells.
  • Object 140.
    The tank received a new gun. At the same time, the characteristics of the gun are identical to the old one. This is done so that we can balance the parameters of the Soviet MT guns separately from each other.
  • AMX 50 Foch 155 and AMX 50 Foch.
    The central part of the range finder and commander’s cupola got an armor buff. Side armor,  back of the commander’s cupola and the back of the range finder are also received increased armouring.
  • VK 45.02 (P) Ausf. B.
    Turret front strenghtened.
  • Ferdinand.
    Lowered penetration aswell as reload time.
  • 112 Glacial.
    Received a sub-caliber shell as primary ammunition with increased armor penetration.
  • KV-5.
    Radio operator’s cupola armor strengthened.
  • Tiger I and Tiger (P).
    Reload time is worsened.

Commanders,

Irrespective of whether you are challenging your opponents in rating battles, clinching victories in tournaments, or just fighting in regular battles—all combat is full of competitive spirit, and you need all your personal skills, effective teamwork, and a bit of luck to win.

However, starting from Update 4.6, the influence of Lady Luck on the battle outcome will diminish. In this version, we will decrease the penetration spread for all vehicles from 75–125% to 85–115%, and with the Penetration Boost skill activated, penetration will range from 100 to 115%.

Penetration areas will be highlighted as usual, but the situations when you fail to penetrate the grey area, or, on the contrary, penetrate the red one, will happen much less often. In other words, the outcome of your shot will become far more predictable, and the competitive aspect of the game will advance to a new level.

WoT Blitz: Camouflage: Winter Arrival

Steppe Snowstorm

This camouflage pattern imitates black soil slightly powdered with snow. Due to its simple design, Steppe Snowstorm works well with any vehicle. Although it can be installed in all slots, this camouflage is especially good on winter maps.

When will we see China?

All tankers who kept asking this question can relax, because China will take its place in the game in the next version! The branch of Chinese medium tanks will appear first, containing 10 vehicles with the well-armored 121 at Tier X. This article will give you a brief overview of the new vehicles. Let’s start.

Everything Begins with Renault Again

The first 4 vehicles of the new branch are light tanks from different countries. They represent France, the U.K., Japan, and the U.S.A.
