Rebalance of medium tanks
We have changed the technical characteristics of the medium tanks Leopard 1 and STB-1, as well as some other MTs in the German and Japanese branches, including the premium Panzer 58 Mutz and STA-2 vehicles. It’s time to roll them out of the Hangar!
WoT EU – Panzer Hybrid: the Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. K

Conceived as a quick fix to counter the T-34 and the KV tanks on the eastern front, the Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. K is a mix of the Pz.Kpfw. III Ausf. J hull and the Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. F2 turret, featuring a 7.5 cm gun. And although it didn’t work that well in real life, where it was turned into a command vehicle, this Tier V medium made it to World of Tanks to prove it has got what it takes. Once on the field, you can use its impressive DPM and decent view range to knock your enemies off, and count on a good camouflage value plus a large HP pool in case of danger!

Preload World of Tanks update 1.5.1!
Preload Update 1.5.1 and save yourself from the hassle of downloading it later and jump right in on the day of launch. Currently active on RU, EU and ASIA, NA should announce theirs later today.
What is a preload?
Basically, you’re downloading files for a future update in advance. These files will be installed only on the day of the official release. The installation will be performed after starting the launcher, once the work on the game servers is over.
Does preloading affect the possibility of playing World of Tanks?
Not at all, you will be able to play World of Tanks whenever you like. However, if this function is enabled, the download process will be automatically paused and resumed right after quitting the game. You can pause the download at any moment.
Where are the update files stored? Can I copy them to a portable device and share them with a friend?
Yes, you will be able to share them with your friends, since the update files will be stored in the standard folder on your computer С:GamesWorld_of_TanksUpdates (or, if your friend has installed the game in another folder Your drive:GamesWorld_of_TanksUpdates).
If I click the Pause button in the launcher, will the download continue the next time or start anew?
It will resume the download.
Can I select SD/HD options during preloading?
No, only files that correspond to the currently installed version will be downloaded.
Where should I report any technical issues if they arise during the preloading?
