Attached to the post is the image of a VK 16.02 Leopard

As post hints at, there is a secret message in the picture, or rather, a link to an .gif file uploaded to imgur. If you can’t see it, zoom in over the gap between the tank’s right track and side of the hull. The link leads us to an interesting climax:

The person in the picture is none other than the General Adna R. Chaffee, the “namesake” of American M24 Chaffee, after whom the tank was named.

The cryptic key  being placed onto a photo of General Chaffee can only mean one thing, Chaffee races are back!

The VRT allows you to restore all Premium and Rare vehicles that have previously been sold as many times as you would like. Now you can restore your Premiums without using one of your yearly exceptions!

VRT allows you to recover any Premium or Rare vehicle that was sold on your account for its sale value in credits plus 10%.

Example: If you want to use the VRT to restore a M6A2E1 you previously sold, you need 1,650,000 Credits: 1,500,000 base Credits plus 10% (150,000 Credits) to restore the vehicle.

Restoring your sold tank is simple — all you need are the Credits and an open Garage Slot.

RESTORE SOLD VEHICLE

The automated system will quickly restore your vehicle, and you can get back out on the battlefield!

With more than 500 vehicles produced since 1933, the T-28 is not exactly the rarest of Soviet tanks. That said, the version equipped with the dangerous 85 mm F-30 gun is less common. We don’t really know if this T-28E with F-30 ever saw service or mass production. However, this curious medium tank still made it to World of Tanks, where its boomstick is particularly useful, especially at Tier IV. If you hadn’t read the latest news, somebody affiliated with WG seems to run an account on twitter that time from time teases something new (likely an event containing a new gamemode) that is bound to come out in August. New details have since come out from the aforementioned person:

I think that you can understand the basic message, but do not forget that numbers also matter!
These pictures directly relate to frontline in some way. Current meaning behind the numbers is unknown.
From latest posts, it could be that the account is made by WG to tease upcoming events in August, since this is bound to be a very important and action packed month for community as a whole.
