Historical Reference

A concept for an assault tank from the late 1960s. Placing the engine in the rear recess of the turret made it possible to significantly shorten the hull, which reduced the weight and allowed for enhancing the armor. The tank was supposed to be armed with a British 165 mm L9A1 gun. A license would have been purchased and production set up in the U.S.A. for this purpose. However, due to difficulties in unifying the project with the M48 and M60, which were already in service, the U.S. Army decided to discontinue work on the vehicle.

Role in Battle: Support Tank Destroyer
Crew (4): Commander (Radio Operator); Gunner; Driver; Loader
Special Equipment Category: Firepower

  1. So this thing is in supertesting and already has “premium status.” Who would have thought that there would ever be “Tier X premium tanks,” and who would have seriously thought that it would also be a paper suitcase, rotting away on the red line in some bushes and only waking up in the late game and then gloating when it ruins your battle and victory with a 1000-point thrashing? 😉

    1. more like a us death star with a tiny sliver of armor on the turret and some spaced armor, lower profile glacial reload and horrible accuracy.

  2. if this is the start of premium tier 10 tanks
    we as players are fkt
    they can’t ballance the game
if they release premiums X tier 10 will die like tier 8
