These vehicles do not have crew agents, some customization elements, modules, or progression paths configured. In other words, each of these tanks still requires additional work. However, all of them were tested at some point during previous Lodestar iterations and Alpha tests.

There are 15 tanks available at launch across 8 agents. The developers also have roughly the same number of additional vehicles in reserve (counting only those that have appeared in Alpha versions and Lodestar builds).
Why not release the additional 15 vehicles immediately and launch with 30 tanks?
