This is a very old tank that has been in the main game client for a long time. For the first time, it got Supertested in May 2015, and after being added to the game, it was never released. Subsequently, the tank was sold only in the Chinese region, when it was under the control of a company named Kongzhong. After the transfer back to WG, it remained with all the players who bought it at that time. The tri-named tank was also released in the WoT Console at Tier 10.
In the new iteration, the tank was transferred to Tier 9, but a copy of Tier 10 was created the way it was with the addition _CN. For players in China, it will remain the same as it was. And Tier 9 is most likely being prepared for all other WOT regions. This practice is not new. For example, you can take Object 777 for Tier 10 in China and Tier 9 for everyone else.
The name of the tank will be changed. it is outdated and too difficult for the players. The name indicates the hull, turret and gun mounted on the tank.

Tier 9 patton is already very nice and this as crew trainer and premium(?) would be so nice.
