WoT Update 1.15 Release Date

According to wotclue, the introduction of the new update is scheduled for:

ASIA: December 6;
NA: December 7;
EU: December 8;
RU: December 8;

For this reason, two new mod folders will be created: ./mods/1.15.0/ and ./res_mods/1.15.0/.
