Credit compensation when Soviet DDs are splitting:
If a player had purchased Gnevny V and Ognevoi VI before the update was released, then a bonus in the amount of 3,150,000 Credits will be added to the player’s account.
If a player had purchased Kiev VII and Tashkent VIII, then a bonus in the amount of 8,800,000 Credits will be added to the player’s account.
If a player had purchased Tashkent VIII and Udaloi IX, then a bonus in the amount of 13,200,000 Credits will be added to the player’s account.

The developer WellDone mentioned in a thread about clan rigging on the RU forum that since the first Ranked Season, there is an individual random up to 24 seconds delay on entry of every player that is supposed to take care of 1/2/3 entry, but that this does not always work when the number of players is sufficiently low. The issue will likely be a permanent one.

News from ST Patch 6.2:
Colorado – New Mexico – Fuso: Removed hull (A), hull (B) become their stock hull (note that Fuso hull (B) still maintains its horrible 13km firing range). + Compensation the same way as what we had with Amagi and Nagato before.
I’m not so sure about Colorado hull (B). I don’t know if it has sigma 2.0 or still has sigma 1.8 from stock hull.
