WoWS: CHANGES TO COMMANDER SKILLS – UPDATE 12.10

With the release of Update 12.10, we plan to make changes to some of the commander skills for battleships, cruisers and destroyers. We have gathered both the statistical data and player feedback over time and reworked some of the outdated, unpopular or underperforming skills to make them more useful in battles.

Consumables Specialist (Battleships, Cruisers, Destroyers – Line 1)

Removed the following effects:

  • Fighter consumable cooldown time: -10%
  • Spotting Aircraft consumable cooldown time: -10%
  • Defensive AA consumable cooldown time: -10%
  • Main Battery Reload consumable cooldown time: -10%
  • Torpedo Reload Booster consumable cooldown time: -10%

WoWS: CHANGES TO TEST SHIPS – PUBLIC TEST 12.9 #2

Based on the testing results, we are applying changes to Yumihari, Adatara, Tsurugi, and Picardie.

Japanese battleship Yumihari, Tier VIII 

  • Main battery 180 degrees turn time increased: 35 to 45s.
  • Changed characteristics of the Spotting Aircraft with high-precision optics:
    • Bonus to maximum main battery shell dispersion decreased: -20% to -10%.
    • Consumable action time decreased: 65 to 55s.

WoT: Micropatch Release on September 28 (EU Patchnotes)

The World of Tanks servers are scheduled for planned maintenance on September 28 to deploy Micropatch 1.22_4.

The game servers and clan portal will be unavailable from 05:00 CEST to 05:45 CEST (UTC+2).

You will have to install the modified game client if automatic updates through Wargaming.net Game Center are disabled.

The next scheduled server restart has been canceled.

Patchnotes

  • Fixed the issue of Role Skills with charge level 1 not being available in the Onslaught mode if the vehicle was not confirmed and/or the game client was minimized when the battle began.
  • Some balance changes have been made to the Onslaught mode.

WoWS: NEW SHIPS DISTRIBUTION METHODS

We’d like to provide you with details about the resources to be used to acquire upcoming ships.

In the future Updates, you will have the opportunity to anchor several new ships in your Port for free. We’d like to tell you what in-game resources some of them will be available for:

  • Tier X Soviet cruiser Smolensk B will become available for Coal in one of the upcoming Auctions. At the same time, Smolensk will also return in the same Auction for Doubloons.
  • Tier X German submarine U-4501 will become available for Coal.
  • Tier X Italian battleship Ruggiero di Lauria will become available for Steel.

Details will appear at a later date.
