Trading Caravan: Get Good Deals for In-Game Currency!

The special Trading Caravan game event will take place from February 15 through February 20. For five days, you’ll have the opportunity to get your hands on many bundles with Premium and special vehicles (including for credits), cool 2D and 3D styles, improved equipment, and other game goodies. Items from the Trading Caravan will include rental vehicles so you can take new tanks for a spin! You will also have a chance to grab the Kirovets-1, a newly released Tier VIII Premium Soviet heavy tank with a powerful gun and decent dynamics.

The bundles will be available only in the game client for credits, gold, and bonds—many of them with discounts that you can increase. The Trading Caravan is on its way to the game, so don’t miss your chance to get some items you’ve had your eye on for in-game currency!

WoWS: Changes to Test Ships — 0.11.0 Closed Test

We adjusted the stats of the following ships based on testing results: Sevastopol, Dido, Canarias, FR25, Atlântico, Hornet, and Italian destroyers.

VI Dido

  • Short-Burst Smoke Generator consumable:
    • Smoke dispersion time: 40 s. to 35 s.
    • Reload time: 70 s. to 80 s.

VI Canarias

  • Main battery reload time: 10.5 s. to 12 s.
  • Maximum AP shell damage: 4,250 to 3,800
  • Base detectability range by sea: 10.8 km to 11.5 km.
    Other detectability ranges increased proportionally.

Closed test for 0.11.2: French cruisers

New French cruisers have been added to the game for testing.

We’re adding new researchable French cruisers to the game for an upcoming closed test session:

Cherbourg, tier VIII

A project for a super-heavy cruiser similar to the Dunkerque-class fast battleship, with a main battery consisting of eight 305 mm guns.

Brest, tier IX

A cruiser with 330 mm main battery guns concentrated on the bow. The ship’s anti-aircraft weaponry is made up of Bofors and Oerlikon automatic guns.

WoWS Closed test for 0.11.2: Rogue Wave, early access to Italian destroyers, and other additions

Details on the new features of the upcoming Update 0.11.2

Italian destroyers. Part 1

In Update 0.11.2, we’ll be opening early access to the first tech tree branch of Italian destroyers, along with a new event— Clash of Courage.

The Italian Navy, known for its love of destroyers, used to organize competitions between divisions of the same class of ships to identify the most successful crews. During the in-game event, you’ll be able to choose which team you want to support; and pick carefully — each one offers a unique reward.

The Clash of Courage works similarly to the New Year’s Eve, Aircraft Bureaus Rivalry, and Battle of the Beasts events.

By participating you can earn Italian tokens that can be exchanged for early access to Italian destroyers, permanent camouflage, as well as other various in-game items.
