Its a stock Strv103-0 with worse armor but downtiered.
If you liked the 103-0 you’ll like this one ; if you didnt like the 103-0 you won’t like it.
And of the 3 toptiers the 103-0 is maybe the worst. UDES has its insane mobility, 103B has its insane dpm and rather good mobility and armor ; 103-0 is average on all of that which make it boring to play after the UDES.

You do know that Sliphantom did “rip-off” someone else first. He just got noticed first that’s all.. So you can say this is a rip-off of a rip-off. Thus why Sliphantom don’t mind or care if anyone else does it. That and he don’t play WOT anymore. So he can’t be bothered to do it.
