gold is not useless for most ppl.
There are lot of negative voices heard around lootboxes this year, but tbh Stridsyxa has relativly high chance of dropping and is really fun tank. If one is not too autistic about having it all, you do stock up once a year on gold (essentially later its free exp or battle pass) and you want fun and good premium tank, this is best value for money you can get. And you can even try smaller packs and maybe the tank will drop anyway.

yeah, the stryds is fun and strong – but its also a tier 8.with9 now making more money, im not a fan of the tier 8 credit grind anymore. However the tier 10s dont make any extra credits, so they are even more useless to me personally.
Only the tier 9s are really worth an amunt of real money in nowadays wot environment, but the 8 at leatst offers some fun 😀
I get your view, but afaik T9 “only” get you bonds on top of same credit earning as T8. T8 is still well worth it imo until the gamemodes switch to T9/T11 main tiers (Onslaught, Clan modes, Frontline).
And as stupid as it sounds, if you are a clans Manouvers player every okayish T10 in garage count, pretty sure those 2 Xs are aimed at that crowd and Quickybaby collector crowd.
