It is tier V ELC on tier VI but is worse than tier V ElC. There is no reason for this tank. WG can produce gift tanks that are playable like VK 28 105. But this is useless.
Bots and cheaters support in this game is immense, no matter how bad a free tank is. Numbers look good, charts are growing.
