Tanks weren’t originally designed for urban warfare—but, as the world has changed, so have they. The city presents a particular challenge, where classic green and black camo blends poorly with the grays and whites of a modern metropolis. Straight lines, uniform blocks, and pastel hues: unusual as they may appear at first glance, these are the features of a camouflage designed to disorient the enemy in the man-made battleground of the city.
