The Paint It GREEN! festival is in full swing, with Emerald Chests available in the in-game Store and Premium Shop!
Let’s peek inside these shamrock-adorned containers with guaranteed goodies and (with a bit of Irish luck!) unique festive 3D attachments, Free XP, and eight Tier VIII and IX Premium vehicles including the brand-new VIII
Prototipo 6,
VIII
Object 168 German, and
IX
Lätt Stridsfordon 120.
Tá sé seo iontach,—we mean, this is grand!
Meet the Prototipo 6, the Object 168 German, and the Lätt Stridsfordon
The
VIII
Prototipo 6 carries a 105-mm gun that deals 300 HP of damage per shot and is equipped with a three-shell autoreloader. The full reload time is 35 seconds, and time between shots is 2.5 seconds. The Prototipo 6 has a top speed of 50 km/h but offers very good acceleration and overall dynamics.
While the Prototipo’s armor is not impressive, the tank can excel as a support vehicle. Stay close to your heavies, provide covering fire, and try to fully use your magazine. Switch flanks when necessary, avoid direct close-quarters duels, and make the most of the tank’s decent mobility to stay out of danger!
The
VIII
Object 168 German has a limited maximum gun depression (–5°) and some frontal turret armor (150 mm), but the rest of its parameters make it Leopard-like: aiming time of 2.1 seconds, accuracy of 0.34, fast special APCR rounds, top forward speed of 60 km/h, and decent concealment values. For a Tier VIII medium, 340 HP of damage with a single shot is good, but the reload time of 9.7 seconds may prevent you from beating enemies one-on-one. So snipe and avoid enemy fire!
The
IX
Lätt Stridsfordon 120 has a lot in common with other Swedish Tank destroyers: an excellent gun, a Siege mode for shooting, good mobility in the Travel mode, and a wedge-like low-profile hull giving the vehicle excellent camouflage values. The distinctive feature of the Lätt is its Tier X 120 mm gun with a hefty single-shot damage of 420 HP. This sniper will appeal both to Swedish TD enthusiasts and high DPM vehicle enjoyers.
You can also obtain the following five renowned Premium vehicles with a broad variety of gameplay styles.
IX
Char Mle. 75: Good for active scouting, it has two unique features—a gas-turbine engine with two speed modes and a burst-fire autoloader gun that can cause 600 HP of damage in a single burst.
VIII
K-2: A sturdy turret and angled upper glacis plate give this brawler excellent protection. Its HP pool is deep (1,650 HP) and its 122 mm gun does 390 HP of damage with a single shot.
VIII
Turtle Mk. I: It is as well-armored as its name implies, and more agile than you would expect. Plus, its fast-reloading gun can make its DPM outstanding (dishing out 2,911 HP/min).
IX
T 54D: This modification of the classic medium tank features better turret protection (at the cost of mobility) and bears the precise Tier X L7A3 gun with 390 HP of damage per shot and good penetration values.
IX
Object 752: The combination of good frontal armor, decent mobility, and a Tier X three-round autoloader gun (with every round dealing 390 HP of damage) makes this heavy very enticing.
Enjoy Emerald Chests and take part in the Paint It GREEN! festival!
Only ‘win’ a new shiny premium right at the end of the guaranteed 50 box’s, at box 49 is where you ‘only’ win a Premium Tank
: tried with 75 boxes got 1 Premium at no 50 box, then nothing last 25 boxes a big zero.
: bought more 25 boxes (to make 50 box’s) nothing at all until box no 50?
: got 2 x 25 boxes, again same exact result Premium tank at box no 50, again
so, in short, any Premium Tank will land at box 50 and no sooner.
which means each Premium cost £37.
Event is a complete Rip-Off if compared to Xmas boxes.
and btw, still did not get the new R8 Italian Prototipo 6 (only reason i got Emerald boxes)
~ estimate it will take at least another 150 boxes as the Prototipo 6 is the click-bait to get your cash.
