Based on testing results, we’re applying changes to some of the Spanish cruisers, West Virginia ’44, Jäger, Halford, and Novosibirsk, as well as the unique upgrade for Manfred von Richthofen.
Unique upgrade for Manfred von Richthofen
- Torpedo damage bonus reduced: 20% to 10%
- Torpedo bomber HP bonus increased: 10% to 15%
American battleship West Virginia ’44, Tier VII
- Main battery reload time increased: 27 to 30 s.
Spanish cruiser Asturias, Tier VII
- Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 2 s.
- Burst fire reload time increased: 27 to 28 s.
Spanish cruiser Cataluña, Tier VIII
- Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 1.8 s.
- Burst fire reload time increased: 25 to 26.5 s.
- Main battery reload time reduced: 11 to 10.5 s.
Spanish cruiser Andalucía, Tier IX
- Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 1.6 s.
- Burst fire reload time increased: 31.5 to 33 s.
- Main battery firing range reduced: 17.1 to 16.7 km.
- Main battery 180 degree turn time increased: 18 to 25.7 s.
- HE shell chance to set fire reduced: 21% to 16%
European Destroyer Jäger, Tier IX
- Torpedo reload time reduced: 100 to 85 s.
- Main battery reload time reduced: 5.5 to 4.3 s.
American destroyer Halford, Tier IX
- Torpedo reload time reduced: 106 to 100 s.
Soviet super cruiser Novosibirsk
- Main battery reload time reduced: 14 to 12.5 s.

These changes to the ships and upgrades in the game are meant to make things fair and balanced. They are adjusting things like how fast the ships can shoot and how far their shots can go.
