Most likely EU and NA will get a price-decreasing auction (Dutch auction). This is the type of lot that was used in China on the first day, or during the 2025 auction for the WT E 100.
This means that (whatever the item is), it can be bought within 5 minutes or not bought at all.
Let’s remind you of the rules (price-decreasing auction):
Bids for the item start at a set amount and then gradually decrease every 10 minutes until all items are sold.

Yes, Korea have different laws and so this affects the auctions (they have Free XP instead of Gold as currency). But no, Lot 4 was different for different reasons: Udarniy has been released on APAC server for 3-4 years now. So it makes no sense to sell in an auction a tank, that is regularly available (imagine selling Bourrasque in an auction). That being said, on EU we may or may not get a different offer today.
