Please do not create duplicate tickets and do not supplement already created ones unless you need to add important data to them. Duplicate requests are combined, and the combined request is sent to the back of the queue. Please try to include as much information as possible in your first ticket.
Basically they fired some Support Team workers to reduce costs and they post this trash as an excuse.
They don’t even use humans. The answers I get are from bots.

I can’t even get on anymore. They ask me to type in a code to prove I’m not a bot. The code is indecipherable. I type in what seems the correct code but it says that’s wrong. Rinse,wash,repeat over and over. WOT login protocol is broken.
This article is BS!!! I’ve got tickets that have been put “on hold” for their developers to fix. One has been in a month and is still un resolved. The 2nd has been in for iver a week and it, too, is unresolved. No updates or anything.
I’ve put it multiple complaints about my gun on the weisel toe sticking at random times. Ive used two new controllers and hull lock in settings is OFF. None of these complaints have been addressed.
Again, in the weisel tow, I have complained multiple times about pressing the left trigger button to zoom in and take aim on an opponent while travelling. At random times, the site zooms in like I want but, at other times, the tank comes to a complete stop for no reason at all. Over the last month, this has also been submitted multiple times to support and they’ve done nothing.
And the abose doesn’t even include the other crap going in in the game.
WOT has gone to crap with game ptograming and zero support.
They dont care about the quality and enjoyment of your game experience.
If you keep paying for gold and such, they’ll keep ignoring your complaints. All they want is you rmoney.
