This vehicle combined elements of the IS-7 and Object 277 heavy tanks. However, as the approach to tank development shifted—where role became more decisive than combat weight—the development of heavy tanks was discontinued.
Recreating accurate visual models for obscure mid-century armor blueprints while balancing their competitive performance parameters is far from playing Easy Games, but the NK-1 looks incredible in these supertest screenshots! The historical context behind this Soviet project makes it an exciting addition for history buffs and players alike.
