Seems like to me you need to uplift the low tiers and the upper the higher tiers as well. Becoming a little under balanced.
Also you are becoming a little to relaxed in the game itself. When you first started you where eager to make sure no shady acts where cared out. Now you just over look a lot of things. Money does that, get back to the game you once loved.
