The  X 121  is a mighty beast for a medium with its powerful 122mm gun – a calibre more commonly seen on a heavy tank. This firepower gives it fantastic alpha damage value and the best AP penetration of the 120-122 mm guns on medium tanks.

Meanwhile, the 80 mm side armor is ideal for deflecting shots while sidescraping and the excellent traverse speed make it a great support vehicle for your team’s heavies and better than its predecessor, the WZ-120. Yet, while the low profile is an alluring characteristic, make sure to stick to flat areas as the slow acceleration does not suit hilly terrain.

    I think bad gun depression is far more relevant than not-BS acceleration…

  3. 121 still irrelevant i think. I like those light, cautious nerfs on soviet tanks (430U) and those massive nerfs on non-soviet tanks or weak buffs so the community shut ups their filthy mouth and continues to pay money. Ooh and FU WG for that 25% discount on equipment… Didnt bought single one… You see no more money from me for this marketing / behaviour.

    1. Then you better quit the game, and I don’t mean it as an insult.

      50% equipment discount is gone for no reason (whatever WG would give is corporate speak at best), and there’s no way they will ever significantly nerf the ruski shit that needs nerfing because the RU kids would moan “see I told you WG enforces anti-russian bias SUKA BLYAT”. That, and by now WG balances everything around gold ammo – 430U cupolas are immune to almost all standard rounds but 340 pen HEAT goes through them easily.

      Community is not silent on the sorry state of the game, it’s just that on RU they get banned if they voice discontent (in this RU server has a lot in common with China), on the other clusters the managers plug their ears and go LALALA.

        1. I carry some for death or glory situations, but almost never use it because I believe gold ammo = cheating, and while I’m fine with hacking single player games, I refuse to be an asshole in multiplayer scenarios. If people spam gold they are weak and deserve reporting, no matter their stats.

      2. Lol, nobody is getting banned for criticism. Only on the WG forums but that’s on mods, not all of them are reasonable human beings. On RU Wargaming always likes to have a dialogue with players. They don’t always hear what needs to be heard though.

  4. Its not about quitin, its about payin! If I am not satisfied, I dont pay. Thats all.

    We have the one pros in EU that we can speak, thats not possible in RU or CHINA. So lets use it. Lets write on forums, etc. so they know we are pissed, so new player know what a greedy company it is, whats the state of the economy of the game, etc… Let it be another Rubicon drama… It doesnt matter.

    OK, I understand their main market is Russia, so Soviet tanks will be always the best. I think EU is unimportant in many ways for them…

    Oh and one thing… I saw so many T77 that i am frustrated… If one IQ norm human calculates lootboxes, the t77 balanced / slightly trash tank, the reopen mechanics, the content, he wouldnt pay single euro for that… maybe for that 3K bonds?? I laugh who would do that 😀 but as I saw, there are a lot payin whales willing to pay for that trash, and thats the tragedy… WG will push this idiotic event and mechanic further, because…

    1. yeah, i wouldnt be surprised if the christmas boxes were at the same level as these “lockboxes”. Like the other prizes other than the tanks are utter trash, but the christmas ones are fairly decent. With the amount of whaling, this might give those greedy russian devs ideas to expand this horrible business practice

        I fear the same, WG is ‘testing the waters’ with the WTF minigame, and since these loot crates seem to be selling like hotcakes (almost every match in Tier 8 spread has a T77 on EU ffs), they might really make them the new standard, meaning it will not be worth it to spend on Christmas crates (one of the few GOOD things about WoT monetization) anymore.

  5. I got banned and then unbanned on the EU forum because I wrote that 25% discount on equipment is WGs way to say “f2uc2k you” to players and paying clients.
    The mod got corrected by the community manager for his obvious incompetence.
