WoT: XP Fever Weekend Special (EU)

The XP Fever special is back to speed up your progress through the Tech Tree. As you know, it is one of our regular specials and, although the name might have some negative associations at the moment, we’ve been using it for years in good fun and we will continue to do so.

Nevertheless, we know that the situation is serious and wish you all the best. If you are looking for some distraction during these crazy times, make sure to claim 14 days of free Premium Account and take your favourite Premium vehicle for a spin. You can collect extra XP from 28 March at 06:00 CET (UTC+1) to 31 March at 07:00 CEST (UTC+2) with x3 XP for your First Win and special missions for Tier II to X.

Missions:

Victory with Tier II–V

Rewards

  • 3,000 XP

Objectives

  • Win 3 battles
  • Place in the top 10 of your team by base XP earned
  • The XP will be credited to the vehicle with which you complete the mission

  • Only in Random Battles

Victory with Tier VI–VII

Rewards

  • 6,000 XP

  • Win 3 battles

  • Only for Tier VI and VII vehicles

  • 10,000 XP

On paper this should be an amazing weekend but the reality is, at least for myself, it is easily the most frustrating as the bot farms are activated in huge numbers, with games filled to the brim with 40% win ratio vehicles that are so dumb, they can’t possibly be guided by a human being. When you win there’s no pleasure or triumph in it and when you lose, which is often it’s usually down to the enemy team having less bots than you*.

    It sucks.

    *(More so than any other regular weekend, anyway! Hah!)
