  1. Expect a unique style for the T54E2 if they changed the name like that, kinda like Defender, Patriot and so on.

I also don’t get the changes to E 75 TS, with those numbers it’s more like a fat medium (like E 50) than a heavy tank.

  2. Is this tank based on any historical record? Or is it a concept tank from the WG brains trust?

    1. if you leave out the fact that it now has 120mm upper plate rather than 140mm, making it effectively weaker than tiger2\’s upper plate (210 vs 220mm effective with normalization), then yeah sure…

        1. hmmm you have a point, I guess I should compare this to the t26e5 patriot instead, in that case this thing has better alpha, pen (226AP is better than 230APCR pen wise cuz better normalization), still better hull armor, and mobility, at the cost of 2deg less gun dep and bigger size

    1. There won’t be any marathons in the future. They will just sell it and you will get a medal with your purchase saying you’ve earned it.

  3. T54E2\’s name should not have been changed. T## names are for prototypes and other vehicles and variations in testing; the former in-game T54E2 has the fortunate problem of being named for its turret. It was initially tested on the M48 hull and, when the project was terminated, the turret made its way to the T95 project, whereupon it was named the T54E3. It was there that the turret was discovered to be–quite garbage ballistically, to put it nicely–and quite directly led to the T95 turret on the T95E6 and T95E4 projects.
