Serious question, but what do ‘old players’ gain by being the only ones who own these tanks? Because I have a hard time believing they bitch about not being ‘special’ anymore – if that’s the case, just give them some unique camo or commemorative medal/emblem and be done with it.
your post is unbelievably stupid but ill reply anyway – this tank had colossal sentimental value (the very first supporters of the game) and was extremely rare. it was basically a status symbol.
WG selling again without consulting the players is just asshole move.
Lmao, are you for real? You attach ‘sentimental value’ of all things to a bunch of pixels, and prove that these ‘first supporters’ need to feel somehow special by claiming these rare tanks are a ‘status symbol’, and it’s my post that is stupid?
If this stuff sells, it’s in WG’s interest to sell it and make a profit out of it. And I already posted that, if they want to compensate the old timers, they could release some special camo exclusive to tanks like the M6A2E1 or some other commemorative item (emblem, achievement, whatever) so if you see two of the same tank in a match, you can tell which one comes from a preorder bundle, and which one was bought recently.
WG’s mistake was to promise that the preorder tanks would never be sold to the general audience, but that’s marketing for you.
I would be happy enough with the regular Type 59. There really is no reason to not sell it again given how powercreeped it’s been (either that, or remove the massive tumor from the 59-Patton turret so it can actually hulldown).
WG just shited again on old players, wahahhah 😀

Oh, what’s that? Can you hear it?
The sound of old players whining in the forums…. it’s like music!

$59.99 just to feed it to tier 10 7/10 games?

I thought it had pref MM and could only see tier 9s?

It does have preff MM, but given the current MM formulas, landing in Tier 8-9 games won’t be uncommon.
