This April comes as a very special month, as we are delighted to celebrate the 7th Anniversary of World of Tanks! Rest assured that celebrations and exciting specials are coming right at you.

Check out below to have a little peek at the upcoming specials!

1 April – 30 April: One of the sneakiest Soviet rides awaits your command. If scouting is your favourite tactic, you will most definitely not want to miss this chance to seek and destroy. Get ready to welcome the T-100 LT to your collection!

7 – 19 April: Experience makes the finest tankmen. During this long weekend, you will have the chance to rack up and boost your experience thanks to some special missions. Remember to come back and check them out!

12 – 15 April: World of Tanks turns seven this month! Get ready to celebrate with us, commanders. You are in for all sorts of special offers and anniversary missions, so prep your beasts and party hard!

21 – 24 April: Every tank needs its crew, and you will definitely get your chance to rack up plenty of experience for them thanks to the upcoming missions. Be ready to have a blast!

26 – 30 April: Needless to say you will need to bring out your claws and roar into the battlefield these dates. Chose your prey wisely, unleash your felines and prepare for combat, commanders!

28 April – 1 May: Can you feel the heat rising? The XP Fever is upcoming and we are prepping all the exciting missions to combat it out. Keep your eyes peeled to make sure not to miss out!

    By the way is this the anniversary where WG promised a shitton of stuff for the veteran players, or is that the WG birthday in August?

  2. They also promised an x2 mission after the daily x2, to compensate for x2 problems at 1.0 launch. Did I miss it or did they just forget about it? So many forgotten WG promises, and the loyal player base still quiet and quick with the wallet draw.

      1. Everyone has issues with Tier 8 MM, though at least it’s not as shitty as it is in World of Warships.

        As for the patch, some of us don’t have great computers or the option to upgrade, and 1.0’s feature of improving graphics and sound WITHOUT increasing the burden on existing rigs was heavily advertised, except if you look at the forums or the WoT subreddit you’ll notice plenty of people complain about problems with the game. I managed to fix mine by completely deactivating the audio, but I seriously hope WG will fix this mockery of a patch soon.

        1. WG cant buy you a better pc, its not their fault you play on a 10 year old pc. People like you are the ones holding back the game from looking 10x better

          1. Except WG apparently ignored ‘people like me’ and went ahead to make the game heavier because you know, if it’s pretty but the gameplay is still shite, then all’s good with the world! I don’t give a damn if the game doesn’t look like one of the most recent games, if it did look bad before 1.0 to you you might want to look at your standards.

        2. The problem with MM is not just tier 8 and it isn’t the 3-5-7 either. It is the player balance of the teams that is the problem. That is the cause of the lopsided matches, which appear to be over 75% of the matches. I have seen a number of times where one team is stacked with players over 5500 PR and the other has 1 over 5500 and is stacked with players under 3500 PR. Occasionally the team with the better players ends up losing, but that is rare.

          WG would have been better off fixing the MM and then introducing the new graphics. With the new graphics and maps, they should have; not had a net loss in number of maps (should have actually increased the number), they should have increased the size of maps, and they should have restricted maps to tier limits based on their size (looking you Mines).
