Thunderbolt VII and the Berlin Quartet Now Available on NA

May is a packed month for World of Tanks players. For starters, there’s the exciting introduction of the M4A3E8 Thunderbolt, and the Berlin Quartet is back for a limited time!

The Thunderbolt packs a 76mm cannon and more armor than the M4A3E8 Sherman sister model, and historically, it was under the command of Lieutenant Creighton Abrams in World War II.

The Berlin Quartet is a collection of four tanks, three of which played a key role in the waning days of hostilities in Europe during World War II. If you’re new to this foursome, here’s the details:

The British Cromwell B was involved in several key battles in the West, while in the East, the IS-2’s smashed German defenses in the relentless drive toward Berlin. The ISU-122S, a variation of the IS-2, equipped with a 122mm heavy assault gun, was a fearsome tank destroyer.

The T-34-85 was also involved in the final push into the German capitol, and was the basis for the T-34-85 “Rudy,” a fictional tank that found fame thanks to a popular Polish TV series, “Four Tank-Men and a Dog.” This tier VI medium tank even includes a canine Crewmember!

Add these historically important vehicles to your collection in a variety of bundles. Buy now and save!

“Brothers in Arms” is a Perk that improves major qualifications and all Skills for the entire Crew. The Perk comes into effect after it reaches 100% for the entire Crew.

All of the Berlin Quartet tanks sold here come with a Crew that is already trained in a “Zero-Skill” “Brothers in Arms” Perk. “Zero-Skill” means that in this case, BIA isn’t considered “earned” in our usual sense. You can’t re-train this Perk to a different Perk or Skill, but the XP required to train future skills doesn’t increase, unlike “normal” Skills or Perks. This makes it effectively a “free” Skill!

  2. TBolt trades quite a bit of speed, 2 degrees of gun depression and some DPM for vastly superior armor and considerably better gun handling. That’s quite alright, overall. It looks hella cool, too. The 0-skill crew is a BIG thing.

  3. if the offer remains the same for the eu (as in the thunderbolt being sold on its own) on the thunderbolt i may consider getting one. i doont particularly like the pretty big price tags on the berlin tanks because of the extra crap bundled with them.

  4. I’m gonna buy that handsome looking thunderbolt, and i don’t care much about BIA.
My american medium crew are already at their forth skills, and while i don’t have BIA right now on them, i have more important skills yup

    1. Keep one in garage while you do it and sell it only when you’re done. This way you will be refunded with gold price of the tank itself for every purchase while it’s in your garage.
