    1. early 1000m/s AP had terrible dispersion issues, still its unknown how WG will handle that and Sigma primary affect vertical dispersion, so horizontal and max dispersion are unknown ATM

    1. The ship was completed with torpedoes in her original loadout. This is the form WG is representing in-game, not the late-war form with no torps.

  1. I must say that ship looks rather bad at least FOR ME. I like very much my Budionny and what i see: range much worse, speed ok but Budionny is not slow soo nothing special here, only 4 guns shooting forward with no angle (vs 6 Budionny), turning circle and rudder shit time nothing crazy here, 500m longer torpedos range which is … comical – below 8 range torps means nothing in most of battles. Summary – i see no point to play this ship in place of Budionny.

    1. 1000m/s railguns are the reason to play this ship.

Also the citadel sits very low in the water. The armor isn’t great but it’s not as bad as it initially seems. The 70mm citadel protection in those stats is the belt armor, but there’s a second 35mm armor plate between the belt and the citadel. And concealment might be good because the ship isn’t very tall.

  2. Who really needs 1000m/s AP on ship that max range is anyway 14 km and most of the combat will be like 12-13 km i.e. Cleveland distance. And 4×2 is imho always a drawback against 3×3. Ship is doomed to expose broadside most of the time.
