  1. Dat RoF looks good, 10.5 RPM. Turret rotation is still prettymuch the same, but that reload buff surely gonna make alot of difference.

    I guess they went Gremmy/Anshan (without AP performance, but with 2km more torp range) on IJN DD now, which is nice.

  2. Looks good, guess they on,y want the Shima to have long range torps.
    My guess is that the Flechter is too powerful and their hoping this will be the new Flechter, which it wont.
