  2. Emden has a camo, the paint scheme you see on that picture is the camouflage, with all the permanent camo perks (auto equip, +30% EXP, and -4% enemy accuracy)

    1. Albany actually had no paint-job before the changes. The biggest difference between no camo and the (now) stock camo is, that the hull was a bright white, where it\’s ship-grey now 😉
