WOT micro-patch July 19. (1.0.2.3)

On the night of 18. to 19.07. there will be a new micro patch, it is likely to crash mods with a modified hangar interface, it will add folders /mods/1.0.2.3/ and /res_mods/1.0.2.3/

This is for RU server, but most likely it will be on the same night on EU.

Short information: on Wednesday, July 4, and more specifically at night from 3 to 4 , a small update will be uploaded on the RU server . For this reason, two new folders will be created: /res_mods/1.0.2.2 and /mods/1.0.2.2 .

This will be probably applied to EU server on the same time.
