Let’s check out some of the main new features of the coming update.

Early Access to Spanish cruisers

In Update 12.6, early access to Spanish cruisers will begin. In honor of the event, thematic permanent camouflages for the new Tier VIII-X ships, a commemorative flag, and four thematic emblems of the Spanish nation have been added to the game. The Ocean port has also been decorated for this occasion.

Based on testing results, we’re applying changes to some of the Spanish cruisers, Schill, Lüshun, and Dmitry Pozharsky.

German cruiser Schill, Tier VIII 

• The “Spotting Aircraft” consumable was added to the same slot as the “Fighter” consumable.
• Torpedo range increased: 6 to 10 km.

Pan-Asian destroyer Lüshun, Tier X

• The “Torpedo Reload Booster” consumable has been replaced with the “Repair Party” consumable.
• Main battery reload time reduced: 4 to 3.4 s.
• Standard torpedoes replaced with deep-water torpedoes.
• Torpedo range increased: 10 to 11 km.

Based on testing results, we’re applying changes to some of the Spanish cruisers, West Virginia ’44, Jäger, Halford, and Novosibirsk, as well as the unique upgrade for Manfred von Richthofen.

Unique upgrade for Manfred von Richthofen

• Torpedo damage bonus reduced: 20% to 10%
• Torpedo bomber HP bonus increased: 10% to 15%

American battleship West Virginia ’44, Tier VII

• Main battery reload time increased: 27 to 30 s.

Spanish cruiser Asturias, Tier VII

• Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 2 s.
• Burst fire reload time increased: 27 to 28 s.

Spanish cruiser Cataluña, Tier VIII

• Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 1.8 s.
• Burst fire reload time increased: 25 to 26.5 s.
• Main battery reload time reduced: 11 to 10.5 s.

Spanish cruiser Andalucía, Tier IX

• Time interval between burst fire salvoes increased: 1.2 to 1.6 s.
• Burst fire reload time increased: 31.5 to 33 s.
• Main battery firing range reduced: 17.1 to 16.7 km.
• Main battery 180 degree turn time increased: 18 to 25.7 s.
• HE shell chance to set fire reduced: 21% to 16%

European Destroyer Jäger, Tier IX

• Torpedo reload time reduced: 100 to 85 s.
• Main battery reload time reduced: 5.5 to 4.3 s.

American destroyer Halford, Tier IX

• Torpedo reload time reduced: 106 to 100 s.

Soviet super cruiser Novosibirsk

• Main battery reload time reduced: 14 to 12.5 s.

In Update 12.6 we will resume testing Kitakami – a cruiser whose main armament consists of five quadruple-tube torpedo launchers on each side.

Before the beginning of this test, a technical setup of the ship will be conducted in Update 12.5:

• The geometry and textures of the ship have been updated
• Kitakami’s armor was updated with the new tech that was added in Update 0.10.9.
• Redistributed HP in different parts of the ship without affecting the overall amount of HP:
  • Bow – HP increased from 3,800 to 4,000
  • Stern – HP reduced from 2,800 to 2,700
  • Superstructures – HP reduced from 1,600 to 1,500:
• Citadel deck armor reduced from 50mm to 30mm
• Auxiliary Room armor reduced from 30mm to 16mm
