The bell-feature (for reloaded BB-guns) is nice, but can we expect more different sounding bells in the future?
Same as with horns: they started with basically one sound, and then evolved to what we have now (more sounds, the plume of steam coming from the funnels,…). If the bells are well received by the community, different tones for different nations might appear. But no timeframe given.

Will there be new achievements introduced linked to the new potential/spotting damage counters there are now in WoWS (liked by Conway & Lumberjack)
Support achievements is something the devs were already thinking about it. You shouldn’t be disappointed, but no timeframe given for implementation.

How much time does a new techtree cost in terms of total work?
There is a lot of stuff that needs to be done, from historical consulting to graphics work, to balance. It’s around a year of work.

TL;DR TL;DR Angle indicator both on the screen and on the minimap is allowed. The minimap indicator is coming to the game but the not the dynamic on screen. “Traffic Lights” is allowed. “X marks the spot” will be coming to the game. “Smart markers” aka MonstroMarkers are being worked on to come on the game.

10 New flags have been added to world of warships 0.7.4.0 client.

Brooklyn – Commemorative Flag for the 9th season of Ranked.
Community Contributor – New flag for Community Contributors
Jolly Roger V – New Jolly Roger flag for players who have reached Rank 1 in ranked seasons for 5 seasons.
Hamburg Port – 829th anniversary for the port of Hamburg is May 10th to May 13th, so presumably there will be an in-game event celebrating this where a player can earn this flag.
Stalingrad – Flag representing the new Tier 10 reward ship “Stalingrad”
Australia – Optional National Flag for the commonwealth Australian ships.
Canada – New Optional Flag which is presumably for a new Canadian ship, not currently announced. (HMCS Haida?)
Commonwealth – New Optional National Flag for Commonwealth Vessels.
Nueve De Julio – Premium Flag for upcoming premium tier 7 Pan-American Cruiser (Ex-USS Boise)  Nueve De Julio
