WoT EU – VK 75.01 (K): The gamescom Star

This year, a German tank will be our ambassador at gamescom. After all, you’re always stronger when you’re playing at home, and believe us, the VK 75.01 (K) is one hell of a player. Typically German when it comes to speed and armour, this Tier VIII heavy tank has something most of its pears shy away from: a rear-mounted turret.

This makes the VK 75.01 (K) resemble the play style of the VK 45.02 (P) Ausf. B* at Tier IX, or the Pz.Kpfw. VII at Tier X. In fact, it’s packing a Tier IX gun, almost identical to the one which made the E 75 famous. With 490 alpha damage and 226 mm of penetration, this Teutonic warrior is a worthy opponent. So use your strong frontal armour to push forward, close the distance between you and your enemies, lurk around corners with your rear turret and you will be rewarded. WoT NA – Soviet Fury Returns!

Similar to the Thunderbolt VII and Tiger 131, Loza’s M4-A2 Sherman is based on a specific historic vehicle — in this case, a Sherman tank provided by U.S. forces under Lend Lease to the Soviet army. The moniker comes from the vehicle’s commander, Dmitriy Fedorovich Loza, and it bears the number “936” and “For Motherland!” inscription. Although these markings are permanent, you can still apply camouflage, paints, and preset styles.

The Tier VI medium tank comes with a 76mm cannon, is an excellent Crew trainer, and Loza, the Commander, is “zero-Skill” with the Sixth Sense Perk 100% unlocked!
