Dedicated to all vehicles that were leased, modified, and used by Spain throughout the 20th century!
In the 1960s and 1970s, standard camouflage patterns were rare, and tanks were mostly painted in a single color. During exercises, this improvised camouflage could be applied using mud and then conveniently washed off with water.
The “Campeador” style is inspired by such exercises in Spain, although similar practices existed in other European armies.
