You do not need nor want that Kame tank because in The Tech Tree there is a Japanese medium tank called a Chi-ri and a Chi-ri is easily one of the most underrated tech tree tanks in the game. Trust me you NEED a Chi-ri as it is by no means an unplayable tank rather a hidden diamond.
