The sole new vehicle to enter the Supertest this week is the Predatore, an Italian Tier IX medium tank.
As you would expect from an Italian medium, the Predatore has a precise gun with an autoreloader. The lack of armor (the top value being 80 mm at the front of the turret) is compensated for by exceptional mobility, with a top forward speed of 66 km/h
The first shell in the four-shell autoreloader reloads in just 7 seconds, which, together with a single-shot damage of 320 HP, allows for high DPM—if you play the Predatore mainly as a tank with cyclic loading, leaving the other shells for when you really need them. The penetration is good: 251 mm for the standard AP round, 290 mm for the special APCR round, and 105 mm for the HE round). At 1,400 m/s, the speed of the APCR round is also worth highlighting.
The Predatore has the potential for highly mobile gameplay that rewards careful positioning and calculated strikes.

The HE looks nice, but who in their right mind is going to wait 36.5 seconds for 840 HE damage… They might as well remove HE.
I understand the mechanic of having larger reloads the deeper in the drum you get, but eventually the tanks DPM suffers so much it becomes useless.
The Toro seriously suffers from this. This penalty can be there, but it needs to be a smaller penalty. Like say 7s, 9s, 11s, 13s. Or 7s, 9s, 12s 15s

sadly, because HE is trash and the worst shell of all times and it does much harm to the sweaty using it than the target because that shit never ever actually penetrates and sweaties were the only ones pushing for using it
