1. Interface 2.0 Improvements — Part 2

“My Vehicles” Screen

New toggle switches have been added above the vehicle list, allowing you to:

• Show crew members with their trained skills on the left side of the screen
• Hide the vehicle characteristics (specs) panel on the right side
• Enable or disable both panels at the same time

Battle Results Screen

• A new button has been added to all tabs of the battle results window, allowing players to enter a new battle or confirm/cancel readiness in a platoon
• The selected mode and vehicle for the next battle are shown under the button

Vehicle Menu

Quick-access hotkeys were added to the center Hangar menu and the “My Vehicles” screen, allowing fast navigation to:

• “About Vehicle”
• “Crew”
• “Exterior”

…and to perform the key actions associated with these sections.

Vehicle Filter

When selecting a player-created or imported playlist, the filter button in the Hangar and on the “My Vehicles” screen now displays:

Selected vehicles count / Total vehicles on the account

2. Random Events — 3 New Maps (Part 5)

New dynamic random events were added to three maps:

Mountain Pass

• A German fighter crashes into a bridge support in D6, destroying it and opening a new route from the canyon to the upper level.

Highway

• A train is hit during a Japanese air raid and derails.
• Scattered cars provide new cover in K9–K0, blocking long firing lines and creating new tactical opportunities.

Ghost Town

• Two MiG-21 jets strike the central area.
• Some buildings in E6–F7 collapse, opening new routes, firing lines, and brawling opportunities for heavy tanks.

3. Sound Physics Simulation

A new geometry-based sound physics system has been added to Random Battles.
It changes how vehicle sounds behave depending on surrounding map objects.

Simulation Types

Transmission — how nearby gunshots are blocked by obstacles (walls, ceilings, mountains)
Diffraction — how engine and track sounds bend around corners
Reflection — early reflections of your own vehicle’s sounds from nearby surfaces

New sound presets were also added; they automatically adjust to your graphics configuration to balance quality and performance.

This system improves positional audio and may increase system load slightly.

Available Maps

The system works in Random Battles on:

Aerodrome, Berlin, Karelia, Live Oaks, Lakeville, Siegfried Line, Malinovka, Murovanka, Paris, Industrial Zone, Redshire, Ruinberg, Fisherman’s Bay, Old Harbor, Widepark, Oyster Bay, Cliff, Fjords, Himmelsdorf, Ensk

4. Well-Deserved Reward 2025

• The veteran reward tank for 2025 will be Black Prince II
– UK, Tier VII Heavy

The tank’s model has been updated for the event.

5. New Year Calendar 2025

• The New Year Calendar 2025 has been added for testing.

6. New System: Pets

Pets will appear in the Garage as new companions.
At launch, a German Shepherd is available, with a customizable name. More breeds will be added later.

Daily Battle Bonuses (up to 10 battles/day):

• Credits
• Combat XP
• Free XP
• Crew XP
• Bonds
• Gold
• Event rewards

Bonuses apply regardless of battle results.

Synergy (Main Mechanic)

• Increases by interacting with the pet or participating in battles
• Higher synergy grants unique animations and rewards
• Synergy decreases after long inactivity
• Decorations for the pet’s kennel are available
• Unique pets with special bonuses will appear in future events

7. Other Changes

WCI 2025 Awards Added

• “WCI 2025 Winner” patch
• “WCI 2025 Participant” patch
• “WCI 2025 Fan” medal

New Commander: John Christmas (Boosteroid subscription)

A lore description is included:
John Christmas, Santa’s nephew, commands the family’s armored division when holiday duties pile up. Unlike Santa, he prefers to work behind the scenes with a select team of helpers who “report” which tankers misbehaved this year (though he knows that’s never really the case). When the first snow falls and lights appear in the festive town, his moment arrives.

  2. For instance. Interface improvements sounds great and random events are usually a fun part of a more dynamic gameplay.
