With the release of Update 2.0, the 🇺🇸Black Rock (HT-11, promotional, mechanic: Burst Fire Mode) will be released and become a reward for completing all missions of the “Sector 3” Campaign (Personal Missions 3.0).
Our photo editor noted that Tier 11 (and all recent premiums) look much more detailed. Either they are using more polygons, or the engine has received new graphical technologies.

Man, the missions are tough, but comfortably doable in span of 1 – 2 years since you set the goal. Honestly skill issue in your case. How can 15 y/o acc be that bad?

Relax, you can unlock the “Black Rock” quickly as a very good player, with wild missions like 279/260, or you can take a slightly longer route, like with the Carro in military service. So you’ll get it, sooner or later.
I don’t have the 260 and 279 yet either, because I refuse to play the artillery. If I complete the other missions with “Excellent,” I get orders and can skip the “Rats.” So it will take some time. No matter how good or bad I am, I will never stoop to playing those disgusting rats.
