Is it me, or does WG reset the amount of tanks every once in a while?
The counter shows 20k availabilty each, sometimes – sometimes ~15k, then back to 20k again.

You don’t even know if they are really being bought by players or Wargaming reduces the amount available as time passes
But that would be cheating… and we all know that Wargaming never cheats
