Very weak event, the Concept 5 line in particular is not worth playing over any other paper MT line in the game.
remember when we could vote on top of the trees? yeah, we didnt have situations like these then, when both line are absolutely fucking dogshit.

When Top of the Tree was voted by players, 3/4 of the techtree was ignored in favor of a small bunch of meta lines. It was as bad then as it is now.
They changed it soon after realizing this meta trend. From there on forward they gave less popular branches a higher chance by doing it “elimination style”. Once all branches where picked they resetted them.
So no. Not really.
honestly if they would just give the Chinese Light tanks an identity….. it’s like a worse Russian Light. just give them above average alpha, like give the WZ-132-1, 440 Alpha
Two utterly mediocre lines, but, eh, it will still dictate what I’ll mostly play this month.
6-7-8 chinese LTs are fun, at least.
