Historical Reference:
As armament power increased, classic SPG cabin configurations no longer met contemporary requirements, leading to the development of a vehicle with a fundamentally new arrangement. One such project was the Headshaker self-propelled gun with a manned turret that could rotate across two planes. Placing the support and rotation mechanism in the upper part of the cabin made it possible to significantly lower the vehicle’s profile and use a powerful gun with a wide aiming range. Another important feature was a cooling system with ribbed heat-exchange elements, increasing the gun’s reliability. However, despite all the benefits, the project was terminated due to the complexity and high production costs.

General:
• Role in battle: Versatile tank destroyer
• Crew: 4 (Commander [Radio Operator], Gunner, Driver, Loader)
• Special equipment category: Firepower

  1. Who would have thought it, now the British are getting the Gun Cooling Mechanic. You could almost think WG is running out of ideas. But no, WG will always surprise us, just not in the way we’d like…

  2. If you can talk to the person, taking this screenshots, can you ask him to take screenshots of the effective armour profile as well? It gives a lot better idea about how armour works

  3. Historical reference. The description is as much AI slop as the tank itself.
WG has lost it’s soul. Players came originally to WoT for real tanks in an arcade game, that has slowly been eroded away to end up with this meaningless slop.
