In February, the Lunar New Year will arrive, along with the launch of the in-game event “Trophies from the East.” In 2026, the celebration of the Chinese New Year falls on the period starting February 17. As part of this in-game event, we also expect the standard boxes called “Blazing Treasure.”
Two new 2D styles have already been added to the client for this event (“Reign of the Fiery Horse”, “Scarlet and Gold”), whose technical names clearly reference the Lunar New Year.
Further description from 2.1.1:
• These are special boxes containing new and unique items, including premium vehicles, 2D styles, and much more. You can purchase them in the in-game Store.
• If you already own all vehicles from the list of possible rewards, all subsequent vehicles obtained from Blazing Treasures will be compensated with gold equal to their full value.
• Each Blazing Treasure is guaranteed to contain a Tier VIII–IX vehicle. If you do not receive such a vehicle when opening them, then a Blazing Treasure will definitely contain a Tier VIII–IX vehicle that you do not yet own. After a vehicle drops, the counter is reset.
Most likely, something unique will appear separately for the CN region — possibly one of the three new “clone” tanks from an upcoming update.
