A familiar face has returned after more than three long years, unfortunately, exclusively on the Russian servers. At least now we know that the original concept of the Black Market belongs to Lesta Games (Mir Tankov). It will be interesting to see what kind of rare tanks they decide to introduce in their version of the event.

I preferred the Black Market to the Assembly Hall. Spending resources in the Black Market always had a certain “special” feel to it. They could just as easily call the Assembly Hall a Swap Shop. It’s a shame this format probably won’t be returning to WoT.

Black market was one of the most memorable and exciting events in WOT history. Despite poor execution in terms are garbage servers not being able to keep up, the event actually had some real deals for all, not just whales. I picked up quite a few T8 premiums during the 3 years BM was on, including many for credits.
