New Launch of the “Last Stand: Proving Ground” Mode in WoT Update 2.0

On September 10, the “Last Front: Trial” mode will launch. In this new run, battles will take place during the day, and new enemy vehicles will appear, including a final boss.
The mode is not connected to Halloween 2025.

• Complete missions and decode logs to earn special event rewards.
• Repel enemy waves and climb the leaderboard. Valuable rewards and much more await!

The mode still features 3 difficulty levels and a new storyline to decode using keys. Rewards include new 3D attachments, experimental equipment, badges, and a medal. However, loot boxes are not included this time.

    1. Just wait for the Christmas, or even Halloween!
      And of course, after that as every other previous years – 5 other lootbox events in the first few months of 2026.

    1. WoT can’t afford to have another permenant mode for 2 reasons:
      1) There is just not enough players for 2 queues all the time (especially in NA and APAC servers);
      2) If there is a no time-gated progression system in the other permenant mode (e.g. Steel Hunter or Frontline), the majority of players will not play it and only a handful of regulars will visit the mode, which will lead to meeting the same players and will significantly increase the rigging activity.

      So all modes, such as Onslaught, OS Light, Frontline, Steel Hunter, Waffentrager, Last Stand, etc. are better to be just every now and then, with a progression system (as they are now)
