21st Supertest of Project CW (Lodestar) – Version 0.0.233.5277

June 26–30, 2025

1. Shell Type Standardization
To better clarify how each tank is intended to be played, all shell data is now modified based on factors defined by the vehicle’s class. For example, shells used by Defenders are vastly different from those used by Snipers—meaning a Defender trying to mimic a Sniper will be highly ineffective.

Tanks operating within their optimal engagement range receive full shell effectiveness. Outside this range, both damage and penetration decrease. At double the optimal range, damage and penetration are halved. This effect continues until the minimum threshold is reached, which is 25% of the base damage and penetration.

2. UX/UI Armor: New Color Coding
To reduce confusion and avoid conflicts with similar ability-based indicators, the penetration display system now uses the following new color scheme:
White – Penetrable
Yellow – Moderate chance of penetration
Red – Not penetrable

3. New Lobby UI – In Development
The team is working on a brand-new lobby interface as part of a larger overhaul. For now, squad invitations follow this sequence:
• On the game’s main page, press F1 to bring up the updated menu
• In the new tab, click the 2-person button in the top-right corner (below the selected agent’s avatar) to open the squad invite menu
Please note: the system remembers your last active tab. If you previously opened the squad menu, pressing Esc will return you to it again.

4. 🌍BAT-4M (Agent Amber) Updates
The BAT-4M is a combat engineering vehicle that plays a support role on the battlefield. It can repair damaged allies and keep them in the fight. When paired with heavily armored vehicles with damage-mitigation tools, the BAT-4M becomes a force multiplier capable of influencing prolonged engagements. When not actively repairing, it can restore energy and reduce cooldowns of allied abilities, helping teammates perform better. In critical moments, BAT-4M can activate “Triage,” sacrificing mobility to double the effectiveness of its support abilities and gain additional frontal damage reduction. However, it becomes vulnerable to close-range threats—use with care.

Functional Abilities:
Combat Engineering (T): A toggleable ability that deploys a welding arm. Use LMB to repair an allied vehicle, or RMB to transfer energy and reduce cooldowns.
Triage (F): A toggleable ability that deploys armored screens in front of the vehicle, making them immune to damage while enhancing all support functions at the cost of mobility.
Autocannon with Overheat Mechanic: Effective at delivering burst damage to lightly armored targets.

5. Dynamic Camera Effects & Aim Assist/Stabilizer
Please note that previously mentioned changes to the dynamic camera system and aiming stabilizer will not be implemented in this LSP. They will remain the same as in LSP #20 during this phase.

6. Other
• Previously, the health bar on destroyed vehicle debris caused some confusion. Based on your feedback, we’ve improved the health bar UI on wreckage to better reflect their intended function.
• A new UI has been added to better identify squad members during matches—visible on the TAB map, radar, and squad HUD. Each squad member now has a unique color and number.
