This is the first time the gun cooling mechanic is being introduced to a nation other than Japan.
Interestingly, this marks the third tank destroyer from Czechoslovakia, although it’s still not enough to form a full line.

bruh, remember when to add lines of only 3 tanks (soviet heavy double-barreled tanks, french heavy single-shot tanks)?
They could literally have made the ShPTK-TVP100 a T8 techtree tank and the DBV-152 the end of a turreted CZ TD line
Tbh I dont understand why wg is so against adding czechoslovak TDs, when they chose to go on path of completely made up tanks. They even said it in some interview years ago that they wont add them. There is literally proposed tech tree for decade now by some fan -> pipboy.wtz.cz/wot-cs With current loose policies regarding the tech trees they have enough materials to work with. SHPTK could have modified turret with 152mm gun for example. DBV-152 is basically Akatsija SPG that russians actually field.
On the other hand we dont need more TDs, just weird wg wastes these projects for non tech tree purposes.
Does a rammer decrease gun cooling time any?
No, as far as I know, there is nothing that improves that stat.
